NuMex Twilight hot peppers are an ornamental plant that looks like a rainbow in the garden. Fruits start as purple, and mature to be yellow, then orange, then red. Each pepper is ¾” long and 1⁄2” wide.

They grow in clusters on the green plants along with small yellow flowers. Plants can be grown in containers as well as gardens. Sow seeds indoors and transplant to areas with full sun in the spring. Harvest peppers when they are red, after around 70-90 days. They are very hot, and are great for making sauces and spicing up dishes.
