Brassica rapa Narinosa Group. Non-GMO. Red Tatsoi makes a lovely microgreen as well as a terrific full size cool season asian green. As a microgreen the cotyledons open green and change to a reddish purple on about day 4. It germinates quickly and is ready for microgreens harvest in 7 - 10 days.
